Nigh Leadership Scholarship Academy applications available

Applicants currently are being sought for the George and Donna Nigh Leadership Scholarship Academy, which takes place Feb. 10-13, 2018, in Oklahoma City.
To be eligible to apply, ·¬ÇÑÊÓƵ students must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, high academic achievement, strong community involvement and have graduated from an Oklahoma high school or homeschooled in-state.
Applications are available from the Northwestern Financial Aid Office, Herod Hall Room 113, and are due back to their office by 5 p.m. on Nov. 17.
The Scholarship Committee will select one applicant to attend the Leadership Academy.
The $1,000 scholarship is for the spring 2018 semester.
Lodging, meals and local ground transportation for the Leadership Academy will be paid by the Academy. The selected applicant must attend all activities for the entire Academy or forfeit the scholarship.
